Buying

Every card on our shelf is one of one — once it sells, it's gone. If two people try to buy the same card at the same time, the first completed checkout wins; we'll refund the other buyer right away. Offers you send aren't binding on either side until we accept them and payment goes through.

Consignment

Consigning with us is free: 0% listing fee, 0% commission. You tell us the net amount you want, and that's exactly what you're paid when the card sells — we price the listing a little higher so the buyer covers processing, not you. We review every submission and may decline a card for any reason (condition, authenticity concerns, or simply not being a fit for our shelf). Once a card sells, payout goes out via ACH transfer or store credit, your choice.

Disputes

If something's wrong with an order or a consignment payout, email support@pointercards.com first — we'll almost always be able to sort it out directly and quickly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
