Every order ships USPS with tracking, straight out of Turlock, California.

Shipping

Every order ships via USPS with tracked service — no exceptions on singles or sealed product. We'll email you the tracking number as soon as it's on its way. Orders ship out of Turlock, CA within 2 business days of purchase (usually sooner).

Singles ship in a protective sleeve and top loader, packed so they can't shift in transit. Sealed product ships in its original packaging with extra protection around the corners.

Returns

Singles can be returned within 30 days of delivery, as long as the card comes back in the same condition it was sent — same sleeve, same top loader, no added wear. Buyers cover return shipping unless the mistake was ours (wrong card, damage in transit, inaccurate condition).

Sealed product can be returned unopened within 30 days. Once a pack or box is opened, it's yours — we can't resell opened sealed product, so we can't accept it back.

Refunds go back to your original payment method once we've received and inspected the return. To start a return, email us at support@pointercards.com with your order number.
