What we collect, and what we never do.

This is a plain-language summary of how we handle your information — not a wall of legal boilerplate.

What we collect

When you make an account, buy something, submit a consignment, or start a hunt, we collect what's needed to do that: your email, shipping address, and the details of what you're buying, selling, or hunting for. If you submit a card for consignment, we also keep the photos and information you give us about it.

Why we collect it

We use your information to fulfill orders, ship your cards, respond to your questions, process consignment payouts, and let you know when something you're waiting on (a hunt, a restock, a consignment decision) is ready.

What we never do

We never sell your data. We don't share your email or order history with third parties for marketing, and we don't run ad-tracking pixels to follow you around the internet.

Payments

Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — Stripe processes the charge and hands us back a confirmation, nothing more.

Deletion

Want your account or submission data deleted? Email support@pointercards.com and we'll take care of it, aside from records we're required to keep for tax or order purposes.
